Our estimated delivery date for physical pledges is June 2025. This is our best estimate, but is subject to a number of factors outside of our control. We’ll do everything we can to streamline the shipping and fulfillment process.

Shipping (and VAT if applicable) will be charged separately to your pledge, just before fulfilment, to ensure prices are accurate and fair. This will happen via BackerKit.
Your payment details will be collected in advance and securely stored , so you won’t have to fill out the survey again. However, we’ll let you know before we charge cards for shipping so you can review your pledge and shipping charges, and update your payment method if required.

[TAXES] How much value added tax will I pay?
If you live in a region subject to a value added tax (e.g. VAT in the UK and EU, GST in Canada), this rate will be applied to the entire value of your pledge, including shipping. Your region’s value added tax rate will be available from your region’s government website.
These taxes will be charged just before fulfilment, when we charge shipping.

[LANGUAGES] Can I get the game in languages other than English?
The Deluxe version of Terraria: The Board Game is only available in English.

[CONTENT] Will the Kickstarter Exclusive content be available in stores?
These Deluxe Edition copies of Terraria: The Board Game will be produced in a single print run and there are currently no plans to reprint this edition. A stripped-back retail edition, featuring budget materials and without the deluxe content (e.g. miniatures) will be available in the future.
Boss miniatures (included in all pledge levels), neoprene character boards (included in the Hellstone pledge level) and the Custom Meeple Pack (included in the Hellstone pledge level) will be available in the future, but at a significantly higher price than during this campaign.
The World Playmat will only available during this campaign and in the pledge manager and will not be sold afterwards.

Terraria: The Board Game contains pre-Hardmode content only (the final boss is Wall of Flesh), but if this campaign is successful, we would love to make Hardmode content in the future!

[COMPONENTS] How much table space will I need?
This is definitely a game to play on your dining table, not your coffee table! We recommend a table of 150 x 80cm for optimum play, but if your table is slightly smaller, you can use the Gametrayz insert to keep components off the play surface until needed.

[COMPONENTS] Do the miniatures come painted?
The game’s boss miniatures are supplied unpainted, but they will be made from plastic matching each boss’s colour. You can play with them straight out of the box, give them a simple ink wash, or really go to town and give them a detailed paint job.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
You are responsible for any import taxes or other duties of the country you selected for delivery, unless we explicitly stated on the campaign page that customs-free shipping will be provided in that region. We cannot issue refunds for orders that could not be delivered due to unpaid import taxes on the recipient's end.
In the event of a delivery failure where a reshipment is requested, you accept that we may, at our discretion, charge you for the cost of reshipment if the delivery failure was a result of the following reasons: if the address provided was incorrect or out-of-date, if the address was that of a PO box, or if the failure was due to an absent /uncontactable recipient. You must provide a secure address for delivery; we cannot be held responsible for theft of your parcel after delivery to your given address.
We will replace missing or damaged gameplay components. Box replacements will be assessed on a case-by case basis and such replacements will be entirely at our discretion; we will not replace game boxes with minor cosmetic imperfections.
You may request a pledge cancellation, but now that the Kickstarter campaign is over, please note that we will deduct 15% for Kickstarter, pledge manager and payment processing fees.
The final date for cancellation and refunds is when the pledge manager closes, and you’ll be warned in advance that this is going to happen. Refunds will not be issued after this time.
